Notice Inviting Tender

Sealed tenders separately in two parts, "Part-1 TECHNICAL & COMMERCIAL" and "PART-II PRICES" are invited from reputed & experienced Contractors/Electrical & mechanical, manufacturers of Hydel Generating Sets for the execution of Katanya SHP (2 x 1000 KW) on TURN-KEY-BASIS on the downstream of Eastern Gandak Canal HEP (3 x 5 MW), Valmikinagar for which pre-construction survey has already been carried out by M/s DSG Powercon, Kolkata from June'06 to June'07.

 

The cost of tender document and tenders will be submitted and opened as per following Programme: -

 

i)          Cost of tender document           =       Rs. 25,000.00 (Rupees twenty five (Non-refundable) thousand)

 

(ii)        Sale of tender document           =       from 22.09.08 to 15.10.2008

 

(iii)       Submission of offer                    =       06.11.2008/1.30 P.M.

 

(iv)       Opening of technical &

Commercial Part-r offer             =       06.11.2008/3.30 P.M.

 

2.       Pre bid conference shall be arranged at Patna on 20.10.2008 at 12.00 hrs. at BHPC office

 

3.       Tender will be evaluated by Alternate Hydro Energy Centre (AHEC). Roorkee on behalf of BHPC Limited.

 

4.        Tender documents may be obtained from the office of the Chief Engineer (Electrical), BHPC limited, Sone Bhawan, Second Floor, Birchand Patel Marg. Palna -800 001 on any working day during office hours on payment of the cost of tender documents in cash or through Demand Draft in favour of "Bihar State Hydroelectric Power Corporation Limited" payable at Patna. An additional sum of Rs. 250/-(Rupees two hundred fifty) only is to be deposited if the documents are desired by post.

 

5.       The undersigned reserves the right to reject or cancel any or all the tender without assigning any reason thereof.
