       Sealed tenders in two parts i.e. Part-I (Technical and Commercial) and Part-II (Price) in quadruplicate are hereby invited from experienced manufactures/authorized dealers for design/manufacturer supply, storage at site, erection, testing and commissioning of two no. Intake and two nos. D.T. Gate and hoisting arrangement with structure  and auxiliaries equipment for Sebari Small Hydro Power Project (2x500 KW) on Arrah Branch Canal of Sone Canal Systems in district Rohtas, Bihar.

 

Programme of tender is as below:-

 

1.    Cost of tender documents               :        Rs. 5,000.00

2.    Sale of tender document                 :        From 22.02.2006 to 28.02.2006

3.    Date of submission of offer              :        11.03.2006/12.30 P.M.

4.    Due date/time of opening of Part-I    :       11.03.2006/4.00   P.M.

       The tender can be obtained from the office of undersigned in person or by post in any working days. The cost towards purchase of tender documents may be deposited in cash or Bank Draft of any nationalized Bank payable to Bank of India, Sone Bhawan, Patna in favour of "Bihar State Hydroelectric Power Corporation Ltd". An additional amount of Rs. 200/- (Rupees two hundred) only towards postal charge for the document by regd. post shall have to be deposited extra. The detail specification and terms and conditions are mentioned in the tender documents.

 

       Bihar State Hydroelectric Power Corporation Ltd. reserved the right to accept or to reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason thereof.
