      CORRIGENDUM/TENDER EXTENSION

 

        This N.I.T. earlier notified, containing only two packages, will now cover three instead of two as detailed below:-

3.	Package -III	Repair & Maintenance of Gantry Crane along with latching beams for hoisting of stop leg gates of Kosi Hydel Power Station, Kataiya	Rs. 1,500.00

 

        Those tenderers, who have already purchased Package No. 1 (earlier containing Package-I & III both together) as per earlier N.I.T. need not pay any further amount as cost of tender documents for Package No. III. Such tenderers are being supplied separately the revised tender documents of package Nos. I & III.

 

        Package No. II earlier notified has also been revised and as such, tenderers who have already purchased Package No. II are being supplied separately the revised tender documents to enable them to quote as per the revised tender document.

 

        The dates of purchase, submission and opening tender papers will be as follows:-

 

1.    Last date purchase of Tender documents    -    19.08.2006

2.    Date of pre-bid meeting                            -    26.08.2006

3.    Date of submission of tender                     -    11.09.2006

4.    Date of opening of tender                         -    12.09.2006

        All other terms and conditions of the N.I.T.  and tender documents will remain unchanged.

 

        The undersigned reserves the right to reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason thereof.
