Notice Inviting Tender

 

 

 

For capital Maintenance of Unit No. VI of Eastern Link Canal Hydroelectric Power Project (2x1.65 MW), Barun, Aurangabad

 

 

Bihar State Hydroelectric Power Corporation (BHPC) has commissioned Eastern Link Canal Hydroelectric Power Project, Barun (Aurangabad) having its installed capacity of 2x1.65 MW each of bulb type generating equipments comprising of Semi Kaplan Turbine, Synchronous generator, governing system etc. This has been designed by Nyrpic France but manufactured at BHEL, Bhopal.

 

The Corporation proposed to overhaul by way of capital maintenance strictly as per manufacture's recommendation of one of the units of Eastern Link  Canal H.E. Project Power House i.e. unit No. VI.

 

Sealed tenders in two parts i.e. Part-I (Technical & Commercial) and Part-II (Price) in quadruplicate are hereby invited from National and International contractor having fully versed with each type of turbine for capital maintenance of Unit No. VI of Eastern Link Canal H.E. Project, Barun (Aurangabad). The probable contractor must have annual turn over of at least Rs. 50,00,000/-(Rupees Fifty lacs).

 

The programme of tender is as below:-

 

    1.    The cost of tender document                        :   Rs. 5,000.00(Five thousand)

    2.    Sale of Tender document                              :   Upto 15.06.06

    3.    Last date of submission of tender document     :   05.07.06 upto 1.00 PM

    4.    Due date/time of opening of Part-I                  :  05.07.06 at 3.00 PM

Tenders can be obtained from the office of the undersigned at Patna in person or by post on any working day. The cost towards purchase of tender documents may be deposited in cash or Bank Draft of any Nationalized bank payable at Patna drawn in favour of Bihar State Hydroelectric Power Corporation Limited. An addtional amount of Rs. 200.00 (two hundred) only towards postanl charge for sending the documents by registered post shall have to be deposited extra. The detailed terms/conditions are mentioned in the tender specification.

 

The Corporation reserves the right to accept any or all the tenders without assigned any reasons.
