Construction of Escape Arrangement for

Sone Western Link Canal HEP, Dehri (4x1.65 MW)

Bihar State Hydroelectric Power Corporation (BHPC) is

contemplating to provide escape from the tailrace channel of Sone Western Link Canal HEP (4x1.65 MW) with the State Plan.

 

(A)    Sealed tenders in triplicate are invited from reputed & experienced contractors in two parts, Part-I, Pre-qualification bid and Part-II, price bid for the following components of escape arrangement of Sone Link Canal HEP, Dehri (4x1.65 MW), Dist. Rohtas.

(B)    N.I.T. No., Tender Code and "Technical Part" or "Price Part" as applicable must be written on each sealed envelope of the tender/offer.

 

(C)    Tender documents for each of the jobs may be obtained from office of the undersigned on any working day during office hours on payment as indicated above in cash or by demand draft in favour of Bihar State Hydroelectric Power Corporation Ltd., payable at Patna. An additional amount of Rs. 250/-(Rupees Two Hundred fifty) only is to be deposited for obtaining the tender documents by post. BHPC is not responsible if tender document is lost by the Post Office.

 

(D)    Tender documents for ES-1 and ES-2 will be supplied without any additional cost to those tenderers who have already deposited cost of document against NIT No. 01/Civil/2006-07 of 05.05.07 but they need to quote afresh.

 

(E)     Programme of Tendering as follows:-

 

1.	Sale of tender	02.07.2007 to 03.07.2007
2.	Submission of tender	22.07.2007 upto 31.07.2007
3.	Date of opening of Tender Part-I (Pre-qualification i.e. Technical Part)	01.08.2007 at 1.00 P.M.

 

(F)    Date of opening of "Part-2 i.e. Price Bid" of the Pre-Qualified tenderers will be intimated to them separately.

 

(G)    Tenders without requisite Earnest Money shall be rejected out right. The Earnest Money may be deposited in the Form of Demand Draft/Cash/National Savings Certificates or Bank Guarantee.

 

(H)    The Contractor should be registered  with Sales Tax/Employees Provident Fund Organization.

 

(I)    The undersigned reserves the right to reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason, or the divided the work against amongest different tenderers.
