           Sealed tenders in two parts i.e. Part-I (Technical & Commercial) and Part-II (Price) in quadruplicate are hereby invited from reputed agency for turnkey execution of cooling water system having two nos. borewells with submersible pumps, Associated pump & pipes, pump house, storage tank and centrifugal pumps, strainers etc. for supply of clean water for shaft seal at Sone Western Link Canal H.E. Project (4 x 1.65 MW), Dehri-on-Sone, Rohtas (Bihar).

 

            The tender documents shall be sold, submitted and opened as detailed below:-

 

1.         Cost of tender documents                   -           Rs. 2,000/-

2.         Date of sale of tender documents        -           Upto 15.12.2008

3.         Date for submission of offer                 -           Upto 31.12.08 (at 3.00 P.M)

4.         Due date of opening of Part-I

            i.e. Technical & Commercial offer        -           31.12.2008 (at 4.00 P.M.)

 

The tender documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned in person or by post on any working day.

 

The cost of tender documents may be deposited in cash or by Bank Draft of any Nationalized Bank payable at Patna drawn in favour of "Bihar State Hydroelectric Power Corporation Ltd.,".  An additional sum of Rs.250/- (Rupees two hundred fifty) only towards postal charge for sending the documents by registered post shall have to be deposited extra. The detailed terms & conditions are mentioned in the tender specification.
