Offer in sealed cover are invited in duplicate from reputed Contractors/Developers having experience in the field of construction of hydel projects/Bridge/Canal/similar nature of work for the execution of under noted works of Tejpura SHP (2 x 750 KW).

Qualifying criteria :-

1. Bidders must be registered under companies act and registered as civil contractor in central / state govt. department or undertaking having registration with EPF organization, service tax and excise department, income tax and Bihar commercial tax department.

2. Bidders should have experience of at least five years in the field of similar nature of work.

3. The bidding agency should be of minimum annual average turnover of Rs.3.0 crore (three crore) in last five years.

4. The present/past agencies working in BHPC, who have not completed their awarded work in time, will not be qualified for this work.

Tender documents may be obtained from the office of the undersigned at Indira Bhawan, 7th floor, Ram Charitra Singh Path, Boring Canal Road, Patna - 800 001 on any working day during office hours on payment of the cost of tender document in the form of Cash/Bank Draft in favour of "Bihar State Hydroelectric Power Corporation Limited" payable at Patna.

           The Bihar State Hydroelectric Power Corporation Limited reserve the right to assess tenderers technical and financial credential and capability for executing the above work. If such an assessment warrants/calls for rejection of any tender in public interest, the decision of the BHPC in this regard shall be final.

            The tender without earnest money as mentioned above shall be rejected outright.
