The BHPC plan entrusting operation and maintenance of the Sone Eastern Link Canal H.E. Power Station (2x1.65 MW), Barun, (Aurangabad), Bihar equipped with two horizontal shaft Bulb Turbine each with a capacity of 1.65 MW manufactured by M/s. Neyrpic & Alsthom, Jeumert, France,  to a National/International contractor. The operation and maintenance shall be carried out strictly in accordance with recommendations, operation and maintenance manual of the manufacturer of the equipment.

Sealed tenders in two parts i.e. Part-I (Technical & Commercial) and Part-II (Price) in quadruplicate are hereby invited from National/International contractors, having adequate experience of operation and maintenance of Hydro Electric Power Stations. The tenderer fully versed with  M/s. Neyrpic & Alsthom, Jeumert, France make machine shall be preferred.

           ii)      Date/time of opening of Part-I (Technical & Comm.) offer        -   24.7.08/ 4.00 P.M.

          The detailed tender documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned on any working day during office hours from 13.6.08 to 30.6.08 on payment of cost of tender documents i.e. Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) only (non-refundable) plus Rs. 250.00 (Rupees Two Hundred Fifty) only as postage charge (if desired by post) in cash or by Demand Draft in favour of “Bihar State Hydroelectric Power Corporation Limited”, payable at Patna.
