FOR INVITING OFFERS TO PROVIDE SERVICES OF ENGINEER /ADVISOR /SECURITY GUARDS, DRIVER, PEON, KHALASI, ATTENDANT, STORE ASSISTANT, STORE HELPER etc. ON CONTRACT BASIS.

  

       

Sealed tenders, in two parts; PART -I 'Technical & Commercial' and PART -II 'Price', are invited from Government Registered Agencies/Companies for providing services of Security Guards (armed and unarmed), Drivers for light vehicles, Peons, Khalasi, Attendant, Store Assistant, Store-Keeper, Degree/Diploma Holder Engineer and other personnel on contract basis as per the requirement of Bihar State Hydroelectric Power Corporation from time to time. Such requirement may be for the Corporate Office at Patna and/or the Project Offices of the Corporation in the State of Bihar. Procurement of services of these personnel will be governed by Labour Laws/Rules that may be enforced during the pendency of the contract. The tenderers, interalia, must be registered with the Employees Provident Fund Organization under E.P.F .& M.P. Act, 1952.

 

The contract will be for a period of three years. It may, however be terminated at any point of time if the services of the agency are found to be unsatisfactory. On the other hand, if it is upto the mark, the contract period may be further extended by mutual consent.

 

Only such Agencies/Companies which have their registered Head Office at Patna may submit their offers.

 

Tender documents may be had from the office of the undersigned from 11.00 am to 6.00 (PM) by depositing the cost of tender documents either in cash or through Bank Draft drawn in favour of Bihar State Hydroelectric Power Corporation Ltd., payable at Patna.

 

The cost of tender documents and the amount of earnest money to be deposited are as detailed hereunder:-

a)                  Cost of Tender Document/B.O.Q. (Non-refundable)  - Rs.   2,500.00

b)                  Earnest money to be deposited                                         - Rs. 20,000.00

 

 The date and time of purchase of tender document and its opening will be as follows:-

 

i)	Date of issue of tender document	07.02.2008
ii)	Date of submission of tender	Upto 12 Noon On 19.02.2008
iii)	Date and time for opening of the tender Part-I (Technical& Commercial)	At 4.00 PM. On 19.02.2008

 

The date and time for opening of Tender Part-ll- 'Price' will be intimated to the tenderers separately.

 

The tender may be submitted either at the office of the undersigned or at any of our Project offices located at Valmikinagar/Kataiya/Dehri/Barun/Agnoor as per the convenience of the tenderer.

 

The undersigned reserves the right to reject any or all tenders or to distribute the work among two or more tenderers without assigning any reason thereof.
